The seller

FUSION TECHNOLOGIES – FZCO (hereinafter the seller), with registered office at Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Building A1, Dubai, United Arab Emiratesand with CIF: 43448, is the licensee of the portal https://aifuzion.pro, and of the virtual store that resides therein, therefore, it can carry out the information and sale operations of the products that are displayed on the portal, in accordance with the conditions expressed in the different sections of use described here, without thereby rejecting or omitting the rules and conditions governed by the current Spanish Trade Law.

Payment methods

If our security department suspects any anomaly or fraud, FUSION TECHNOLOGIES – FZCO reserves the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons. Payment to FUSION TECHNOLOGIES – FZCO can be processed through Redsys and Paypal. Once the transfer has been made, the selected items will be sent.

Return Policy

Withdrawal Rights

You are legally guaranteed the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without stating a reason, for most products within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product (for more information on your right of withdrawal within the 14-day cooling-off period). To cancel a purchase during the 14-day cooling-off period, please visit our online Returns Centre.

FUSION TECHNOLOGIES – FZCO Return Policy

Notwithstanding the right of withdrawal mentioned above, FUSION TECHNOLOGIES – FZCO return policy allows you to return products if you are not satisfied with your purchase up to 30 days from the date you received the product.

Please note that sometimes the style of the product may vary slightly due to changes in the manufacture of said product by the manufacturer. These changes, regardless of the degree of variation, are beyond our control.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. As part of our returns policy, you can return any product that does not fully meet your expectations.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Therefore, products must be returned new, unused, complete, and with their original labeling.

If you do not want the item received or you have purchased it by mistake, and it is on its way or destination, you will have 14 calendar days from the time you contact us to return the item in the same condition in which you received it.

Note: If the reason for returning the product is not because it arrived damaged, was defective or was incorrect, you must send us the unwanted item yourself, to the address that we will provide you after the request so that we can proceed with the verification and relevant refund of your order.

Defective or damaged products

You can claim that a product is defective or damaged, during the 30 days following the date of receipt of the same. FUSION TECHNOLOGIES – FZCO will ask you for multimedia evidence, images and/or videos, justifying the reason for the claim; if we accept it, we will refund the cost of the item and the shipping costs, not allowing our policies to send a new replacement item.

Products sent by mistake

If the item you have received is not the one you requested in your purchase, you can request its return and if it is duly justified, we will refund both the shipping costs and the cost of the product.

Refund

Once we receive the item/s in our offices and after having checked the condition in which it has been received, we will proceed to the relevant refund of your order; the shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the item has arrived damaged, defective or is not the one requested. It should be noted that if the item is not received in its original condition, we may reject the return, requesting that you withdraw the item, or the item will suffer a depreciation.

Whether you have paid by card or Paypal, the amount will be refunded directly to the card or Paypal account used.

How long will it take to get my money back?

The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within the legal period of 30 days from the date on which the customer notifies us of their intention to withdraw. Normally, the period is a maximum of one week, and may be extended during “peak” workload periods.

The refund will be made to the same credit card that was used to pay for the purchase, in the case of purchases with a Card or Paypal.
